The house
These terms govern use of eruditesug.com and conversations with Erudites Global Enterprises Uganda Limited (the house), a private capital desk in Kampala. Using this site, calling, or writing means you have read them.
What this site is
A public description of the desk: investment plans, peer to peer buy and sell of crypto against Uganda shillings, the Academy, the Foundation, and letters from the desk. Nothing here is a quote, an allocation, a public offer of securities, or an invitation to deposit money through the website.
Investment plans
Figures on this site — 8% a month, 24% a quarter, 96% at the end of a twelve month contract, paid every 90 days — describe the contractual terms the house offers. They become binding only in a signed contract, with your lawyer, a witness, and next of kin. Past results do not guarantee the next contract.
Buy & sell
Buying and selling crypto is peer to peer, in person in Kampala. The rate is agreed in the room that day. Nothing on this website is a posted rate or an online order. Sketching a trade is an introduction, not a fill.
The Academy and the Foundation
Academy seats are spoken for in conversation, not sold in a cart. The Foundation is civic work from the same house and is separate from any investment contract.
Letters
Letters are weather from the desk. They are not investment advice, not trading signals, and not an instruction to transact.
Conversations
The house declines more conversations than it takes. Contact is not an allocation, a quote, or a promise that we will sit.
The site itself
We try to keep numbers, phones, and copy accurate. Crypto prices in the ticker come from public market feeds and can fail, lag, or be unavailable. Live prices are atmosphere, not a quote from the desk.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Disputes sit in Kampala. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still stands.
